Tor school vision for music

Music is a unique way of communicating that can inspire and motivate children. It reflects culture and society and so the teaching and learning of music enables children to appreciate the world in which they live. Music brings people together and helps children to feel part of a community. 

At Tor School, our vision is that music is enjoyable for all. Our ambition is that children develop the confidence to make music together and are able to share positive experiences that foster creativity through composition activities, different instruments and exposure to range of musical styles and formats.
